Defense Plumbing was great. They showed up within 45 min of me reaching out, looked at the problem I was facing with my wash machine valve, tried the option that would be least expensive for me first and when that didn't work, did a full rebuild up to code. They were very transparent through out the whole process, keeping my updated on timing and cost estimates as things progressed. Would recommend defense plumbing and will certainly be using them again for my future needs.

Jordan is the man!

From the first time I spoke with Jordan Jenson on the phone and then met him in person it was a positive experience. He answered all my questions and explained the whole process of replacing my water heater. Jordan game me what I consider a fair estimate. On the day of installation I met Patrick Cottam and he also explained to me what he would be doing from start to finish and answered all my questions. My experience at this point with Defense Plumbing has been a good experience.
